Our twelve seater meeting room is available for use by all businesses at Fab Office – St.Albans. Each business gets a couple of hours use a week as part of the package. If you need to book the room for that special meeting then that will come at a small extra charge.
Our meeting room has recently been fitted with a state of the art Samsung 75″, 4K touch screen display.
The touch screen display replaces the need for a whiteboard or flip chart and means that all attendees can be emailed a pdf copy of all your doodles.
If you have Powerpoint slides, simply load them on a USB stick and plug it into the front of the display. Not only can you present your slides in beautiful 4K resolution, you can also use the touch screen to draw on your slides on the fly. Once done , you can save the amended slides complete with your annotations and email them to your attendees.
The touch-screen is also connected to the internet which is ideals for showing content from the web. Its also equipped with stereo sound if you have video to show.
To ensure things don’t get too heated there are two air conditioning units which means that even on the hottest days, the meeting room is very comfortable.
In designing this high tech meeting room, we haven’t forgotten the importance of fresh air. This is provided by a fresh air circulation system which ensures good oxygen levels and air quality. So if attendees of your meeting start to nod off, it certainly isn’t the meeting room to blame!
